How to uninstall / reinstall hp printer 2600 wifi

1. Delete from control panel > device and printers
2. Delete from control panel > add or remove programs
3. Delete from device manager

After all done then you can install the full software driver obtained from HP website (sized around 130mb), do not install the HP smartapp one.

If your LAN ports doesn’t work …

Don’t try to reinstall the OS / driver immediately, check to see if it works with different switch first, some older LAN ports can’t work with specific (maybe newer) switches, even if you try to reinstall the OS / driver.

Can’t install driver from windows update

If you plug a new hardware into your Windows PC and it tries to search for driver from windows update but then it failed.

Try to turn on the windows update (or at least set it to “always ask before downloading”), then remove and plug the hardware back so it searches for the driver again.
