This is because the difference in using Administrator account (or not) when using the espt in the previous PC

Try to install both 32 bit and 64 bit version of CRRuntime, even when the PC is 64 bit.

Check inside folder : C:\Users\<username>\Local\VirtualStore
To prevent this, make sure to always run the program as administrator (by modifying the shortcut just like the image below), so that the program can save normally to Program Files folder.
This happens because of the PC date: try to change to another month or date, or try to input to another month in SPT
